What Vitrina sees in 2011 is the ambition for evolution and consolidation of our team, as wll as of our established and newly launched departments: Creative, Client Service and Web.
Our agency recently engaged in a personnel recruitment campaign for our available jobs (copywriter, web designer, programmer şi account manager, especially with a solid online experience).
As stated on our Facebook profile, we realized that two of the most efficient vouchers are direct recommendation and self-branding. Since we're just tuning our orchestra, we decided to search in the most appropriate environment: the social market.
Four ads for the available jobs were published on Vitrina's profile, on the previously mentioned social network. Candidates can apply by tagging themselves in the album dedicated to our recruitment campaign.
In the first 4 day (of which 2 spawn across the week-end more than 100 people signed up, exclusively on Facebook (with tens e-mailing us their resumes) and our call to action was viewed 9000 times.
Our job offer is available until Sunday the 30Th of January, 2011. The following week, our agency will announce the finalists and the interviews schedule.
